Clinical services at the CBT Center are held remotely and in person at our centrally located Highland Park office. Providing treatments Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) using evidence-based therapies, like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
We meet one on one either in person or via secure telehealth. We work together to figure out what is getting in your way and to design a treatment approach that is tailored to you. There is no “one size fits all” and treatment with us starts with understanding YOU and what you need.
Being in a relationship is not always as seamless as it feels like it *should* be. At the CBT Center we offer couples therapy where we work together as a team to improve communication, figure out how to help you support each other and meet your mutual and individual goals, and raise awareness about each other’s thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
At the CBT Center, we understand that individuals are part of a greater context and including family sessions often helps us help support behavior change. Communication and understanding are important and having a trained cognitive behavioral therapist working with a family can facilitate behavior change that sticks.
Group therapy is an evidence-based approach to help with a variety of challenges. Meeting in a space (virtually or in-person) with others who can provide empathy and validation and help you learn skills is super helpful. We also offer groups for parents – Mindful Parenting, SPACE.
