Dr. Preddy specializes in utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness approaches with individuals throughout the lifespan. She is particularly passionate about helping children, teens, and their families learn strategies to manage emotional and behavioral challenges and improve communication.
